Why EliteAyurveda

How Does Our Gall Stones Treatment Benefit You?

Gall stones are the small crystals in the gall bladder, which are also known as cholelithiasis. As gall bladder stores and releases bile juice that helps in digestion, it also carries wastes like cholesterol and bilirubin. These impurities lead to formation of gall stones. These stones can range from the size of grain to the very large size of a golf ball. The symptoms associated with gall stones are pain in the upper belly, pain in back and shoulder, vomiting, nausea, indigestion, heartburn, fever and chills, yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, etc.
‘Pittashmari’ is the term for gall stones in ayurveda. It is manifested due to imbalances in Pitta dosha, which leads to accumulation of Ama in the body. It occurs due to mixing of surplus amounts of Kapha dosha with pitta that causes dryness and hardens the stone. These are resulting from weakening in Agni and heaviness in the abdomen.
The treatment of gall stones in ayurveda focuses on balancing the vitiated doshas and complete cleansing of the body. The treatment includes panchakarma procedures that help in detoxifying the body and clearing the entire waste accumulated. It is also associated with intake of herbs that help in balancing vitiated doshas and relieving from the painful symptoms.

Gall stones

Gallstones are known as Pittashmari in Ayurveda. Gallstone development is the most prevalent biliary tract problem. In contemporary medicine, the production of gallstones is referred to as cholelithiasis. Gallstones affect both men and women, although they are significantly more common in middle-aged women. Gallstones are formed primarily as a result of bile flow blockage and congestion. Gallstone development is obviously influenced by a variety of variables such as eating habits, body weight, and genetic susceptibility. Gallstones are most commonly associated with cholecystitis, or inflammation of the gall bladder wall.

Types of gallstones:

Cholesterol stones are a kind of cholesterol stone. These are often yellow-green in color. Gallstones are the most prevalent, accounting for 80 percent of all gallstones.
Pigment stones: These are a little smaller and a little darker. Bilirubin is what they're made of.

What makes Elite Ayurveda's Gall Stones therapy unique? Gallstones are formed by the three doshas of vata, pitta, and Kapha, according to Ayurveda. Excessive pitta (produced by hot, spicy food, alcohol, and so on) forms the foundation for stone formation. Increased Kapha from fatty, heavy meals combined with pitta, resulting in a sticky combination. Vata dries the mixture and shapes it into a stone form. Gall Stones therapy in Ayurveda treats the underlying cause with personalized medications, as well as dietary and lifestyle advice.
