Completely Treat Eczema

Why EliteAyurveda

How are we able to Treat Eczema Completely?

Eczema is known as Vicharchika in Ayurveda and is caused due to unhealthy lifestyle and diet habits, which leads to digestive problems and aggravation of Pitta Dosha. Eczema is a common skin disorder that produces irritated, itchy, red, and dry skin. Atopic dermatitis is another name for the disorder. Eczema can manifest in childhood or early adolescence and last until maturity. It can also be manifested at any stage of life.

Eczema isn’t caused by a problem on the surface of the skin; instead, it is almost always the cause of a deeper imbalance. Ayurveda's strength lies in recognizing and treating the underlying problem, which takes time but yields more long-term results. Most skin problems start deep inside the body, with digestive problems, excessive heat and toxicity in the blood, and weakening of linked organs like the liver and bone marrow, all of which are aggravated by seasonal changes and mental stress. This aggravation of body tissues are causes of eczema.

The main focus of the treatment is to pacify the effect of Pitta dosha, by enhancing metabolism by including proper diet and specialized herbal medications. The treatment for eczema includes multiple detoxifications, internal medications, application of lepa, abhyanga, vamana, rakta moskhana, etc. We have seen people living symptom free and a scar free life after connecting with Ayurveda.

“The ayurvedic approach of disease looks for the root cause and not merely the symptoms. The basic principles of Ayurveda consider an individual human a specific identity and hence his treatment giving importance to the treatment of the patient rather than the treatment of the disease.”

Wisdom of Ayurveda

“Since Ayurveda focuses on the root-cause of the disease, it effectively reduces the risk of severe health complications arising out of the untreated underlying cause. Patients who complete their Ayurveda treatment have a reduced risk of health complications later.”

Understand how we can help you with Eczema ..

Atopic dermatitis

Atopic dermatitis

Eczema of this type is the most severe and long-lasting one. When scratched, the skin becomes irritated and may split, releasing a clear fluid (an effect known as "weeping"). The people with atopic dermatitis experience flares in which the symptoms worsen and intensify the condition.

Contact dermatitis

Contact dermatitis

The skin becomes red and itchy as a result of a localized skin response to wastes in the environment. Irritation contact eczema occurs when the skin reacts quickly to irritants such as chemicals (acids, cleaning agents, soaps, etc.), abrasion, or heat. Often, the skin reacts slowly (48 to 96 hours) after coming into contact with a foreign material or one to which you've developed an allergy, such as poison ivy, nickel, or latex – this is known as allergic contact eczema.

Hand eczema

Hand eczema

This kind of eczema, which is sometimes mistaken for dry skin, causes dry, thick, scaly areas on the hands that split and bleed. Hand eczema, like contact eczema, is provoked by irritants and allergens. As a result, those who work in cleaning, cooking, hairdressing, nursing, and mechanical occupations are more likely to develop it. When compared to individuals who have never experienced atopic dermatitis or eczema, those who have had atopic dermatitis or eczema are more likely to develop hand eczema.

Dyshidrotic eczema

Dyshidrotic eczema

It is recognized by small blisters on hands and feet, especially palms, fingers and soles. These can be very itchy and often affect sleep and work time.

Seborrheic dermatitis

Seborrheic dermatitis

It is also known as scalp eczema, which is recognized by white or yellow scaly patches of skin which develop in oily areas like scalp, face, ears and groin. Microorganisms that live on skin like yeast, contribute to this condition.

Nummular eczema

Nummular eczema

The round spots or coin-shaped lesions that occur as a rash on the arms, legs, or trunk of the body are characteristic of this irritating and inflammatory skin disorder. Small blisters and scabs are common side effects of nummular eczema. The elderly people are more likely to develop nummular dermatitis, commonly known as discoid eczema.
