  • Rest and Self-Care: Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of rest, especially during menstruation, to allow the body to heal. Practices like self-massage with warm oils (Abhyanga) can help soothe both the body and mind (Tiwari, 2017).

6. Dietary Adjustments for Hormonal Balance

A personalized diet plays a vital role in maintaining hormonal health. Ayurveda recommends diets that are tailored to each person’s dosha and condition, focusing on foods that support digestion and reduce inflammation.
